If you send us a message using our contact form we store the details you enter (for example, your name and e-mail address) in order to be able to process your request. The legal basis for this data processing are legitimate interests, Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR. Your details will be deleted automatically after one month.
4. Use of cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the software that sets the cookie.
Our website only uses a single cookie. This is technically necessary for using the B2B customer area and is only set if a registered user logs in to the B2B customer area. The cookie is deleted as soon as the user logs off again or when the browser is closed, provided this is set in the browser.
5. Geolocalisation
When you call this website the country will be determined in a local database based on your IP address, in which you are just situated and the sub-site will be displayed, which the contains the brands (trademarks) available in this country. Within the scope of the geolocalisation your IP address will not be used for any other purpose, nor stored. You have the right to request from the data controller that personal data relating to you are erased without undue delay if one of the reasons specifically listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies.

You have the right, for reasons relating to your special situation, to file an objection at any time against the processing of the personal data concerning you, which is carried out owing to Article 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR, pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
If you have granted a consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw this at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out before your withdrawal will not be affected by a revocation.
Irrespective of another legal remedy under administrative law or in court pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint at a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your place of abode, your workplace or the place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of the personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
